Biography
Dr. Seyyedeh Ashraf Mousavi Loghman completed her undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology (2007-2011). She pursued her MSc in Industrial Engineering, focusing on Socio-Economic Systems at the same institution (2011-2013). She obtained her PhD in Management of Iranian Public Organizations, specializing in Public Policy, from Iran University of Science and Technology (2014-2019).
Professionally, Dr. Seyyedeh Ashraf Mousavi Loghman is actively engaged in applying public policy frameworks, systems thinking, and Islamic governance models to real-world challenges. she is particularly focused on promoting grassroots and social businesses. She has worked on several initiatives that explore the role of community-based business models in fostering economic resilience and sustainable development. Her work emphasizes how public policy can support social entrepreneurship and align these models with broader societal goals.
