Department & Industrial Engineering Best Researcher for the year 2015

Dr. Mohammad Saidi-Mehrabad, Was recognized as the best researcher of the industrial Engineering Department for the year 2015. He Was praised by the chancellor of the IUST and deputy of research of the higher education department.

Dr. Noorossana Received Best Researcher Award for 2013

IUST faculty member nominated in the Islamic World Science Citation Index

 Islamic World Science Citation Index in an official announcement introduced 10 most active authors during the month of January,2012. Prof. Sadjadi from the School of Industrial Enginnering at IUST has nominated as one of ten most active contributors.

Establishment of a Center of Excellence at the School of Industrial Engineering

In October 2011, Ministry of Science, Research and Technology agreed with establishing a "Center of Excellence for Optimization of production  and Service Systems" at the School of Industrial Engineering.

Publication "Statistical Analysis of Profile Monitoring"

 Statistical of Analysis of Profile Monitoring, a relatively new area of statistical process control, is the first book on the subject that has been edited by Dr. Rassoul Noorossana et al. and published by John Wiely and Sons in September 2011.
