March 30, 2013 – Chancellor's message to faculty and staff on the New Year In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful Dear IUST students, professors, and staff, spring has arrived. We thank Allah as we enter the solar year 1392 to serve and improve the university in all areas of science and culture. The tradition of Nowrooz calls to renew, change and endeavor for growth in all areas of life. This year, the New Year has coincided with the occasion of Fatimiyah, reminding us of her (PBUH) sincere efforts and dedication to Islamic values. We pray to fulfill this year with prosperity and success. The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran named this year, the year of "Political and Economic Saga".
