Past and Present

Vice Chancellery for International Affairs was first established in 1991 with the title of Office of Scholarships and International Affairs. At present OISC  maintains and organizes all international relations relevant to the University and its activities have led to successful collaborations, including the signing of several Memorandum of Understang for scientific relations between IUST and educational and research institutions around the world.
