Visit by the delegation from

 University of Malaya, Malaysia

  A delegation consisting of Dr. Mohd Hamid Bin Abd Shukor, Head of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Harith Bin Ahmad, Professor of Physics, and Dr. Sharifuddin bin Md Zain, Professor of Chemistry from University of Malaya, Malaysia, and Mr. Seyed Amin Mirhashemi from the Offshore Office of the University of Malaya at Tehran, attended at the Office of International and Scientific Cooperation on Monday 18 April 2011. The delegation had a meeting with Dr. Mirzamohammadi, Director of the Office of International and Scientific Cooperation and Dr. Khalaj, Vice-Chancellor for Cultural Affairs of IUST and discussed about the view of mutual academic cooperation between the two universities, including joint research projects, exchange of faculty members and students, and other areas of interests.

  The delegation also visited the IUST Museum.
